Sarah Helen King, Founder
As I’ve developed as a psychologist and wellness coach, I soon realised that many exceptional people, like you, needed more support with managing their own health. This is why I created Invigorise. To offer a solution to the nonsense fad dieting and wasted gym memberships you’ve probably experienced.
I never tire of helping people change. Each client brings with them their own story and struggles. For many, these have been long term ingrained habits and behaviours that have caused them to feel very unhappy, and really quite unwell.
Helping them through this and seeing their positive results, where they become an expert in their own health, has been the driving force for me in ensuring Invigorise provides the very best in innovation with our wellness coaching.

Why Choose Me?
I am a psychologist and certified cognitive behavioural health and wellbeing coach. My vision for Invigorise was to create a global, supportive and compassionate wellness brand which understood, in depth, my clients struggles when it came to making healthier choices.
Through my extensive psychological and research knowledge, I have developed the unique Invigorise 2 step process, which is integrated into our online wellness coaching programmes.
This ensures that you make significant progress in making positive changes, and that these changes will continue throughout your lifetime.
I also offer bespoke, individualised 1 to 1 wellness coaching. This combines my deep knowledge of health psychology and unequivocal experience of working with women just like you, alongside one of Invigorise’s comprehensive 6, 12 week or 6 month wellness programmes.
I have been a member of the British Psychological Society since 2012, and have 2 years doctoral experience. I also regularly speak at health promoting events and sit on the committee of the Diabetes UK Richmond and Twickenham support group.

Invigorise’s award-winning behavioural change approach uniquely combines nutritional knowledge with a foundation of cognitive and psychological principles.
We’ll work together to identify your health and wellbeing struggles, and support you in working towards your goals.
Through this collaborative journey of expert advice and guidance, you’ll begin to understand, in depth, your thoughts and choices surrounding your eating, exercise, stress and sleep behaviours.
As we work together, I'll help you delve deeper into unlocking your ‘why’, leading you to a path of improved motivation and successful positive change.

Why is Invigorise different?
How we react to making changes, is mainly determined by how we view them, or what we, usually mistakenly, believe about how challenging they are. Once we re-evaluate our views and beliefs, we can successfully change.
I can help you to re-evaluate any unhelpful thinking you may have, and implement some alternative viewpoints, using a range of techniques which are evidence based.
This approach can be really effective in aiding problem-solving, changing behaviour and making those changes last.
