Disclaimer
Health and wellbeing coaching is distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis. Coaching is often more interactive and action-oriented than traditional therapy, and while coaching deepens your self-learning and self-acceptance in the same way that therapy might, at the same time it also gives you the tools, support, and direction to “move on” into new possibilities, relationships, and behaviours. It is important that everyone seeks the appropriate kind of support for the issues they face, and in some cases, a client may work with both a coach and a therapist.
Results may vary; those portrayed in published testimonials are not claimed to be true for everyone. All testimonials feature real people who have successfully reached their health and wellbeing goals, through the coaching and/or services offered by Invigorise Limited.
Health and wellbeing coaching is not a substitute for medical advice. We strongly recommend you speak with your GP first before embarking on any health and wellbeing coaching or health behaviour change programme, to ensure that it will be beneficial for you.
Consent
We want to ensure that you understand that all comments and ideas offered by your Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving your defined goals. By your use of this website, by contacting us and by completing the client registration form and agreement, you are consenting to our terms of service.
Waiver
You also acknowledge that you hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge your Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by your Coach as a result of the advice given by your Coach, or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.
You also declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement, not expressed in this agreement, has been made to you to agree. This waiver also binds your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
Payment Policy
Invigorise reserves the right to set promotional rates, or withdraw them at their own discretion. You will be billed for the services you have requested to book at the advertised rate (at time of booking), and in advance.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, most credit and debit cards or by bank transfer.
Membership and group workshops will be able to be booked and paid for through the website order page, once they become available.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a session, we kindly request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged for the session, or one session from a block booking will be used as payment. In extenuating circumstances, we will do all that we can to try to reschedule your session.
